Production crew and staff opt in by providing their mobile number and checking the consent box on the Syndicate crew onboarding form, or by texting START to (512) 886-6462. Upon opting in you will receive a welcome message confirming your enrollment. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.
This number sends production-related messages from Syndicate Content, LLC to opted-in production crew and staff. Messages include call sheet notifications with a reply-to-confirm option, schedule and production updates, and automated confirmations when a crew member texts a photo of an expense receipt to the number. Messages are operational only and contain no marketing content.
Consent is collected on the crew onboarding form with the following language, presented with an unchecked checkbox: "I agree to receive production-related text messages (call sheets, schedule updates, and receipt confirmations) from Syndicate at the number provided. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out." Texting START to the number constitutes the same consent. We do not send messages to anyone who has not opted in, and we do not add numbers from purchased lists or any third-party source.
Frequency varies with production schedules and how often you send receipts — typically a few messages per week, more during active production.

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving messages. You will receive one final confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, after which no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.
